BUHARI and OSINBAJO great
The All Progressives Congress (APC) Vice Presidential Candidate, Prof. Yemi Osinbajo has enhanced the campaign of his party to win the forthcoming poll, with the opening of ‘people wish note books’ at the grassroots level.

Osinbajo stated that the opening of ‘people wish note books’ at the grassroots was an approach to give hope to the people at that level and to feel their pulse from time to time.
The ‘people wish note books’ were opened for the masses in Buhari/Osinbajo Campaign offices in all the local governments in the country, for them to write what they want, need and their recommendations on how they should be governed.

A senior university don, Barrister Olatoye Adebayo applauded the move of Osinbajo by opening the people’s wish note books especially in an area like Ajegunle which is synonymous with the masses and their aspirations.
He said the idea of the APC vice presidential candidate was a scientific politicking, a research oriented politics.

“You need to carry out a thorough research about the people you want to serve  so as to meet their needs and that would make you able to serve  them  more effectively.
“What Osinbajo has done by opening the people’s wish note books is a research component  adopted to get  to the minds of the masses, to feel their pulse,  to know where the  shoe pinches in order to determine  how to serve the people satisfactorily.
“This is an impressive move by an academic of repute, a professor of law and Senior Advocate of Nigeria (SAN). I commend this unique and novel idea and I think this marks the beginning of good things coming the way of Nigerians”, he said.
Dr. Noah Jinadu, an agent of change at the occasion stated that: “This is a new dawn in Nigerian politics. Professor Osinbajo and his presidential candidate, Gen. Muhammadu Buhari by this move are now marked out as grassroots political tacticians.
“This move to open people’s wish note books is a new idea in Nigerian politics and will carry people along in governance in the country. This is a symbol of change starring us in the face and we must embrace it,” he submitted.
Mr Musliu Oladepo, who also graced the occasion, also said:” I can see happiness radiating in the face of the people. Everyone is happily putting down his feelings, observations, and suggestion in the people’s wish note books in an atmosphere of conviviality. I like this approach by Professor Yemi Osinbajo and his Presidential Candidate, Muhamadu Buhari and appreciate them for a job starting well done”.
Also speaking on the gesture of Osinbajo, Muyiwa Oduniyi praised his initiative, said it was a good idea in bridging the gap between the masses and the government.
He said the idea has shown that Osinbajo has good intention for the masses most especially people in the rural area.
Tola Asekun, a change agent who was also in Ajegunle to canvass support for Buhari/Osinbajo presidential campaign, enlightened people in the area on why they will vote for APC at all levels in the forthcoming poll.
He reeled out the benefit of voting for APC at all levels and noted that the only way Nigerians could get the change they were yearning for, is to vote for APC.
