Monday, 16th of February, 2015 has veen declared a work-free day in Borno State for the visit of the All Progressives Congress, (APC) Presidential Candidate General Muhammadu Buhari.
The Secretary to the State Government Ambassador Baba Ahmed Jidda stated this in a statement issued to newsmen, saying the gesture was to enable residents of the state welcome Buhari to the state for the presidential rally.
The Governor has also enjoined all Borno residents to come out enmasse and line up the streets to welcome the peoples’ general, according to the Statement.
