Fraudster Bags Seven Years Jail Term

The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission on Monday February 29, secured the conviction of one Mfon Obot Essien (alias David Morris, Femi James) at the Lagos State High Court, Igbosere.  

Justice R. A. Adebiyi convicted Essein on all the Six count charge preferred against him by the EFCC and sentenced him accordingly.

The convict was sentenced to seven years imprisonment for attempting to defraud the family of one  Shaliseon Warren by claiming that their daughter Shaliseon was kidnapped and the kidnappers were demanding a ransom of $7,000 USD.

Popular Nigerian comic actor, filmmaker, director and producer Mr Latin treated his beautiful wife to a birthday surprise in Sunday, February 28, in Dublin Ireland. Mr Latin’s wife Ronke Amusan last week turned 40-years and had her birthday thanksgiving service at a parish of the Redeemed Christian Church of God (RCCG), in Dublin on Sunday.

The men of the house, Mr Latin and his son wore a matching outfit. They were dressed in black Buba and trouser with gold embroidery and his little girl was dressed in an orange Cinderella dress and white inner.
