Sexual violence touches all of our lives and Heartminders Action Against Rape and Other Sexual Abuse (HAAROSA) ,a Walk Against Rape is the chance to say NO! to sexual violence in our communities.
HAAROSA Walk Against Rape aims to:
• Raise awareness in Lagos around issues of sexual violence. Provide a space for survivors of sexual violence to heal and celebrate their survival.
• Educate communities about the resources available in the aftermath of an assault.
• To make visible what has historically been silenced and invisible.
HAAROSA will also empower survivors, their friends, families and supporters, to break that silence by walking together on the streets against rape, and declare that Lagos state will not tolerate sexual violence.

About Heartminders Societal Advancement Initiative
Heartminders Societal Advancement Initiative is a 100% non-profit organization that runs and operate with help from volunteers and general donations. The Heartminders project was conceived with the aim of creating a better and healthier society. That, we set out to achieve by teaching sex education for free in Lagos schools, building and mending relationships to reduce the trending occurrence of not just unwanted pregnancy and over-population but also broken homes and relationships which has been increasing at a geometric progression rate, public speaking, sensitizing and campaigning/advocate against Rape and Sexual abuse.
We aim to offer Nigerians, especially the young adults, through this project, hope for a better tomorrow, upholding their right to life.
