As part of rising global demands for best practices in traffic management strategies and road usage in Nigeria and beyond, a new resource publication for traffic management practitioners and all categories of road Users is due for launch.
According to a Statement issued by the Chairman of the Book Launch Committee, Barrister Mutiu Agboke on behalf of the Author, Corps Public Education Officer/Provost, Road Users Academy of the Ogun State Traffic Compliance and Enforcement Agency (TRACE), Commander Abdul-Rahman Taiwo Ajala, said:
“We are delighted to announce the proposed launch of Traffic Management Strategies and Best Practices, authored by Commander Abdul-Rahman Taiwo Ajala. The publication is his contribution towards advancing public education in the area of traffic management. This book, no doubt, will help promote best practices in road management in Nigeria and across the world”.
Barrister Mutiu Agboke added that the book “reflects Ajala’s broad professional knowledge spanning about a decade and a half experience in the field of traffic training and public Education. Also, it focuses on capacity development of road traffic management agencies, with a view to improving service delivery and the overall efficiency of road transport sub-sector. As a stakeholder and active player in the sector, we believe this publication will be a great reference resourceful publication in traffic management strategies. This publication is coming at a time when road accidents is on the rise and traffic management strategies requires thorough attention by practitioners in the sector”.
The traffic management book launch is scheduled to hold at the Crescent Hall, Abiola Way, Leme, Abeokuta on Wednesday 30th of November, 2016 at 11:00am The event will be graced by eminent Nigerians like, Speaker, Ogun State House of Assembly, Rt.
