Following yesterday’s fire incident at Mansard Place on Aboyade Cole Street, Victoria Island, Lagos, the management of Mansard Insurance has come out with a statement clarifying that there was no casualty or serious injuries to anyone. The company also made it clear that the building is insured by a consortium of some of the leading insurance companies in Nigeria. Broll Properties Limited is the facility manager of the building.

EFCC Unveils Inter-Faith Anti-Corruption Manuals


 
The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC, has unveiled an Inter-Faith Anti-Corruption Preaching/Teaching Manual as part of its efforts to combat corruption in  the country.
 
The Chairman of the EFCC, Mr. Ibrahim Lamorde, who spoke at the book unveiling event, on Tuesday, December 9, at the main auditorium of the National Centre for Women Development, Abuja, reiterated the need to get religious bodies involved in the war against corruption.

FCMB Promises Fun and Excitement at Copa Lagos Beach Soccer Tournament 2014



Lagos: December 4, 2014 – First City Monument Bank (FCMB) Limited, a major sponsor of the Copa Lagos Beach Soccer tournament, has promised to make this year’s edition more exciting than ever for its customers, football fans and the general public.

The tournament, which is being organised by Kinetic Sports Limited, will hold from December 12 to 14, 2014 at the Eko Atlantic Beach in Lagos. It will feature the Beach Soccer teams of Cote D’ivoire, Ghana, Senegal and defending champion Nigeria.
