Organisers of The Soar Away Reality TV Show The Next Movie Star
has announced plans for the 2016 Edition of the Show tagged ‘SUPERCHARGED’.
The Next Movie Star is the Only Surviving Reality TV Format
designed and initiated in Nigeria, It is also the Only Reality TV Talent
Platform for Aspiring Movie Stars in this part of the world. Running for the
past 11 years, In its 12th Season, the reality format has proven to
be the most successful Homegrown Reality TV Show discovering and launching
Several Entertainers and Movie Stars in Nigeria and Africa today, they include;
Tonto Dike,
Annie Macauley, Kevin Chuwang Pam, Porttia Yamahan, Uti Nwachukwu, Lydia
Forson, Karen Igho, Tamara Eteimo, Tomiwa Kukoyi, Halimat Ai Sagame, Boma Mac
Ake, Zerziyia Wilson, Bridget Chigbufue, Feyisekemi Akinwale, Ron Solomon
Maxwell, Cynthia Shalom and several others.
Digital Interactive Media Limited, the Organisers of the Show
is introducing some new changes to the show this season. Aspiring Movie Stars
will have to do a 60secs Video of themselves Acting and post on Social Media Pages of the
Show with #NMS Supercharged and encourage friends and family to like their Video,
The Entries with the highest likes will be invited for the Live Auditions in
Lagos, Abuja and Port Harcourt. Each candidate will also be required to visit
the website www.nmsafrica.tv to fill an
online form free of charge.
This Entry Model is different from previous seasons as
housemates are required to pay an Entry Form of N5,000 to fill in their forms.
The entry forms in previous seasons is set as a barrier from allowing just
everybody to come for Auditions, it is believed that if you pay some money,
then you will take the Auditions Serious.
Asides from the entry mechanics, the Show is been Supercharged
this Season with exceptional Content Schedule that will make viewers glued to
their TV Screens. The Broadcast Stations are also been reloaded to include all
the topline TV Stations in Nigeria, Cable and a 24hrs Dedicated Online Channel.
Lots of Previous Housemates who are already successful have
signed up to feature as Guests on the Show as something is been prepared as a
Suspense that will include these Superstars, The Organisers do not want to
unveil all the other details but the feelers are really looking exciting.
The Organisers also hinted us that in the course of the Show, a
major streetwears fashion line inspired by The Experiences of the Show will be
unveiled to the ever Trendy, Fashionable, Aspirational Youthful Audience that
the Show represents. The details of this project is also been kept as a
