At least one fireman is presently unconscious following gas explosion in Owode Onirin, a suburb of Lagos.
The incident according to Director of Fire, Lagos State, Dr. Rasaq Fadipe occurred early Wednesday evening. It was gathered that officials of the Lagos State Fire Service were on ground to tackle the incident, adding that the affected fireman fainted after inhaling poisonous fumes from the explosion.
Few hours after the incident happened, the Lagos State Commissioner for Health, Dr. Jide Idris visited the victims at the hospital.
