As the presidential election approaches, more creative stunts keep coming up and one of those is targeting Nigerians in diaspora. President Goodluck Jonathan billboards were spotted in Ghana which encouraged Nigerians in Ghana to go back home and vote.
The billboards were paid for by Arthur Eze na Ukpo, a billionaire businessman.
