Governor Ahmed made this observation in Isanlu Isin during the APC's Campaign tour of Isin Local Government Area.
The Governor who paid homage to the Chairman of Isin Local Government Traditional Council and the Olusin of Isanlu Isin Oba Solomon Ilufemiloye noted with displeasure that Jonathan's administration had
failed in tackling corruption, lack of energy, insecurity and lack of will to ensure compliance with conventional practice thereby aggravating the nation's problems.
He condemned the do or die nature of the PDP led Federal Government to retain power at all cost and sensitize Nigerians against the antics of the PDP to disenfranchise eligible voters, especially in APC dominated States, pointing out that the APC had become a movement of change that will restore normalcy and dignity of the nation.
He called on the people of the State to join the wings of change blowing across the nation. He disclosed that his government had accorded Traditional institution the deserved respect and assured that more Traditional Rulers in the State will soon be graded to enhance their performance of maintaining law and order in their respective domain. Responding the Olusin of Isanlu Isin Oba Solomon Ilufemiloye praised the Governor for the numerous government projects executed in Isin Local Government and enhancing the well being of Traditional Rulers in the State.
Oba Solomon who pray for the success of the APC in the February general elections assured that the people of Isin Local Government will vote massively for the Party in view of the numerous achievements of the ruling party in the State. Most of the notable indigenes of Isin Local Government who spoke at party's rallies in Isanlu, Ijara, Iwo, Oke-Onigbin and Ikosin noted that Kwara State had witnessed socio-economic development under the leadership of Senator Bukola Saraki and Governor AbdulFatah Ahmed.
He assured that the people of Isin Local Government would vote for continuity of good governance.
