FULANI COMMUNITY IN ASA LGA VOW TO VOTE MASSIVELY FOR THE APC IN THE COMING POLLS



All the Fulanis in Asa Local Government pledged to vote massively for all the All Progressive Congress Candidates in the February general elections to enhance the success of the party. The Fulanis made the pledge in Agbonna Onire District during a solidarity rally held by the Fulanis for the candidature of Barrister Razak Atunwa as the party's flag bearer for House of Representative in Ilorin West/ Asa Federal Constituency. They said the Fulanis in the area unanimously resolved to support all the APC candidates in view of a track record of Barrister Razak Atunwa and the efforts of Asa Local Government council in creating sense of belonging for the Fulanis in the area.


The Seriki Fulani of Kwara State Alh Mu'azu Buruku represented by Alh Abdullahi Buruku expressed delight over the restoration of peace and unity between the Fulani herdsmen and Yorubas and expressed confidence that the Speaker would be a worthy representative if elected. The Jowuro of Jamu Naati Fulbe Alh Usman Babatunde and the Chairman of Fulani Community Alh husseni Majeodi commended the Speaker for is commitment towards enhancing the wellbeing of the masses and assured that the Fulanis in the area will support all the party's candidates in the forthcoming general elections. Also speaking the Former Deputy Speaker of the Kwara State House of Assembly Alh Suka Baba enjoined all the Fulani in Kwara State to be part of the wind of change blowing by voting massively for All the APC's candidates.

He urged them to obtain their PVC cards and educate their children to ensure a better tomorrow. In his remark the Chairman of Asa Local Government Alh Saka Obalana said he was delighted over the restoration of peace between the Fulani herdsmen and Yorubas in the area and assured that his council would be committed towards the wellbeing of the Fulanis in the area.
Responding the Speaker who was visibly elated over the solidarity rally by the Fulanis preached love and forgiveness between the Fulani herdsmen and Yorubas in the area pointing out that meaningful development could only be attain in an atmosphere devoid of rancour and acrimony. Barrister Atunwa explained that only an APC led government in Nigeria could restore hope, stability and development of the Nation.

He called on the people of Asa Local Government to vote massively for the APC pointing out that the Local Government had benefited tremendously from the APC led government in the State.
He assured that the Party would not disappoint them if voted into power at all levels.
