Idris Aregbe, the Chief Executive Officer of 1st Heritage Solutions, has said that most social problems in Nigeria and Africa as a whole are due to the eroding of African culture due to embracing western culture.

He made this known at the unveiling of a new My Heritage My Pride logo and 2017 Sisi Oge contestants to mark the 10th Anniversary edition of the pageant in Lekki Lagos recently.

“We are passionate and dedicated to promoting Africa’s Heritage for 10 years,” Idris stated, “and having worked with over four thousand contestants over the years, we are proud to say that Sisi Oge has been a success so far”.

According to the project coordinator, Folabi Ademosu, the 10th anniversary celebration boasts a line-up of activities that include celebrity match, African Hair Braiding Festival, Arts Exhibitions & Awards and fashion show & pageant.
