OTUNBA GANI ADAMS SET TO LAUNCH OPU IN GHANA




After the success recorded at the launch of Oodua Progressive Union in Abidjan,Cote d'Ivoire, the Ghana chapter of the union will be launched this weekend in Accra, the capital city.
Metronews exclusively gathered that a powerful delegation from Nigeria which stormed Cote d'Ivoire   will be crossing over from Abidjan by air to Accra tomorrow.




The team which includes Otunba Gani Adams,Royal Majesties,Zaaki of Arigidi,Owa of Ijero- Ekiti,Onigedegede and Asigangan, popular actor Yomi Fash-Lanso, comedian MC Kirikiri,Maltina Dance All Judge,Muyiwa Osinaike,Foremost well travelled tourist and media guru,Wale Ojo Lanre of Nigeria Tribune,City Blogger,Idris Bello,(shybell media),Mrs Tokunbo Babs-Olurinde (skindudu)a seasoned radio presenter,members of the Oodua Peoples Congress National Coordinating Council Dauda Asikolaye Adesiyan,Oluwole Adedeji,Maruff Olanrewaju Salam as well as Otunba Gani Adams aides Segun Akanni,Sunday Ogunsola and Kunle Lawal.

The Yoruba Community in Ghana we hear are excited and ready to receive the delegates and can't wait to be part of the fast spreading Oodua Progressive Union (OPU) a socio-cultural, non political and non religious body convened by Otunba Gani Adams to create a platform for Yorubas in diaspora to come together and promote their culture,tradition and language. OPU is already established in over 60 countries including USA,Britain,Sweden,Austira,India,Benin Republic,Ireland and United Arabs Emirate.
The Ghana launch will be followed with that of Republic of Togo the following day.
