The accused was docked on one count charge bordering on failure to exercise due diligence before confirming payment of one hundred and forty six million naira from the account of Godwill Comm Services domiciled in the Akure branch of the bank.

Nigerian Stoaway Dies On South African Airline Flight To US
A suspected stowaway was found frozen to death in the undercarriage of a South African Airline passenger jet at Dulles Airport in Washington, after the plane landed from Senegal.
The man, identified only as Chris Dikeh, with a Nigerian Passport and in his mid-30s, is believed to have frozen in temperatures around -60°C.

Uduaghan takes cleanliness campaign to schools

Delta State Governor, Dr. Emmanuel Uduaghan on Tuesday took his campaign of a clean Delta to schools with a charge on teachers, pupils and stakeholders of schools across the state to imbibe the clean culture.
Governor Uduaghan gave the charge while inaugurating 64 ultra modern classrooms at Olodi Primary School and Cavegina Primary School both in Warri, renovated and rehabilitated by his administration.
Dr. Uduaghan who also charged various school heads in the state to provide green environment in their respective schools, placed a ban on the use of public schools for social engagements at weekends.

The crane was lowering a ‘crystal platform’ carrying the bride and her sister into the wedding venue in Adalaj village, near Ahmedabad in Gujarat state.

A 26-year-old student, Ramon Bankole, who allegedly drank wine worth N65,000 at a club without paying, on Monday appeared before an Ikeja Magistrates’ Court.
