Nigerians to Access 3.5m GBP UK Aid SME Challenge Funds At The Retail And Distribution Trade Forum


Nigerian small and medium scale enterprises will on Thursday February 27, 2014 at The Regent, GRA Ikeja Lagos be availed the opportunity of accessing 3.5million  pounds sterling UK Aid SME Challenge funds to enhance productivity and competitiveness.
The SME forum for retail and distribution trade will among others provide business solutions to business men and women from various categories of retail markets as well as address challenges.
 
According to the event organizers, Mr Monday Michaels Ashibogwu, the Chief Executive of The Republic Media Limited, (publishers of Quick News Africa and Sports Republic) the event is being held in collaboration with National Association of Small and Medium Enterprises (NASME) to deliver value chain solutions for SMEs.
 
Speakers at the event include Dr Abimbola Agboluaje, an Oxford trained business strategist,  Ms Evelyn Oputu, Managing Director, Bank of Industry, Alhaji Bature Masari, DG, SMEDAN, Mr Ifie Sekibo, Managing Director, Heritage Bank, Mr Christopher Shyers and Kikelomo Koya of GEMS Nigeria
Corporate organizations that will be at the event include MTN, Fidelity Bank, GT Bank, Connect Nigeria and Leap Africa.
