Mortuary assistant admits to having sex with up to 100 bodies

Kenneth Douglas has admitted to the sick sex acts in court. A man in Ohio has admitted in court to having sex with up to 100 corpses while he worked at a morgue.

The shocking admission by Kenneth Douglas has send shockwaves around the community in the town of Hamilton.

Depraved Douglas told a court he was usually high or drunk and would “just get on top of them and pull my pants down”.

He worked the night shift at the town’s morgue from 1976 to 1992, and it is believed that his employers may have known he was regularly drinking while working – and that they may have even known about his sick sex acts.

Douglas’ wife has reported that she had called his supervisor to query why her husband “smelled like sex and alcohol” after coming home from work. She was told to stop calling by the morgue boss.

Douglas told the court: "If I hadn't had anything to drink when I went to work, it wouldn't happen… I would do crack and go in and drink and go in."

The sick crimes weren’t discovered until 2008 when DNA connected him to semen found in murder victim Karen Range.
David Steffen – who was convicted of killing her - had admitted taking her life but denied raping her.

Police soon discovered the connection with Douglas and he pleaded guilty to the perverse crime and was sentenced to three years in jail.

He also pleaded guilty in 2012 to having sex with the bodies of Charlene Appling and April Hicks in the early ’90s.

But his latest deposition has shocked authorities, and they are trying to find details of the 100 women whose bodies he claims to have abused while they were waiting for autopsies.
