Protest In Ibadan Poly As Final Year Student Dies Of Neglet

A final year student of Ibadan poly was said to have died on Thursday as a result of the school's inability to provide adequate medical care

According to reports from close friend of the diseased, the late Ahmed Gbenga had earlier on Thursday morning complained to the that he wasn't feeling too well.

He was ignored and abandoned by the school's health school for five hours, before he was later attended to by the same school's medical department.

Reports says, Ahmed was rushed to the UCH, Ibadan, where he was confirmed dead.

The students didn't take the news of their colleagues slightly as it resulted into a massive protest, leading to destructions of the school's properties and other disruptions
