Alhaji Muttairu Babatunde Orilowo, 47, the husband of popular Nollywood Yoruba Actress, Laide Bakare has been declared wanted by the Economic and Financial Crime Commission, EFCC for a case of criminal conspiracy, obtaining money under false pretext and stealing leveled against him.

Dark complexioned Orilowo is 47 years old, 5.7 Feet tall and has brown eyes. He speaks English and Yoruba fluently. His last known address is No. 1 Otunba Adeniyi Street, Papa-Epe, Lagos.”
Close associates have hinted that Alhaji Orilowo may have sneaked out of the country to Canada to escape arrest. According to them, the declaration by the EFCC was due to one business that went awry. They are also confident that he will return soon and clear his name from this nasty allegation.
Alhaji Orilowo is a business-man with prime interest in property, dredging, and oil and gas with huge investment scattered over Ajah, Ibeju- Lekki, Epe axis.
Laide Bakare, the versatile Yoruba actress and producer, got married last year to Alhaji Orilowo under very controversial circumstances. Laide was previously married to US-based business-man, Olumide Okunfulure, who she claimed was the father of her first born, a girl.
But in a shocking twist of fate, she started dating Alhaji Orilowo while still married to Olumide and few months later, she got pregnant for him and dumped her husband to move in with Alhaji Orilowo. Olumide has been crying wolf ever since then claiming that Laide used him to obtain US citizenship. He also claimed that he was the father of the baby she was expecting all these and many more are the challenges the beautiful actress faced then and now this.
