4 Year Old Girl Becomes Dumb After Repeated Sexual Assault By Father (Photos)
Four-year-old Rebecca (not real name) has lost her voice following several sexual assaults on her by her 37-year-old father, identified as Ademola, She has not been able to talk for the past few weeks.
Her mother explained to Saturday PUNCH how her husband of 14 years had been molesting their daughter.
Blessed with four children; three girls, including a set of twins, and a boy, she reminisced about how they used to live as one (happy) family in the Igando area of Lagos before things took a grim turn and she caught her husband committing one of the most gruesome crimes against their second daughter – sexual assault.

Suicide Bombers Attack Maiduguri Leaving 14 People Dead
The Nigerian army has released a statement confirming the multiple bomb blast that occurred in Ajilari Railway Crossing in Maiduguri Borno state yesterday night between the hours of 9-930pm.
In the statement which was signed by Colonel Sani Kukasheka Usman, the Acting Dorector Army Public Relations, 4 suicide bombers attacked the area, detonated their bomb vest simultaneously with their target being some Muslim faithfuls who had gone to a mosque in the area to pray.
14 people including the suicide bombers were confirmed dead while 39 are said to be receiving medical attention. The army appealed to residents of the affected areas to remain calm and advised that they continue to be very vigilant and security conscious as everything necessary is being done to secure their lives and properties.

Protesters Barricade National Assembly In Support Of Saraki
Protesters have barricaded the National Assembly drumming support for the embattled Senate President, Bukola Saraki and his deputy Ike Ekweremadu. The pro democracy group, Ohanaeze Ndi-Igbo Youth Movement ,ONYM, led by Mr Uche Nnadi told newsmen that the rally to the National Assembly was also to protest the use of anti-corruption war by politicians for personal gains.
